About Heidi

A whole-person philosophy

Heidi is a licensed massage therapist and esthetician who has spent more than two decades refusing to treat symptoms in isolation. A tight shoulder is connected to how you sleep, how you breathe, the desk you sit at and the stress you carry. Working on only the shoulder gets you a good hour and a return of the same pain by Thursday.

Her training spans clinical bodywork — deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point and sports massage — alongside Eastern and energetic traditions like shiatsu, cupping and Reiki, plus advanced skincare. That range means a session can move fluidly between modalities as your body responds, rather than being locked into whatever was booked.

Twenty years of hands-on experience

Heidi has spent over twenty years in professional massage therapy, beginning in the spa settings of two of Vermont's most respected destinations. She trained and worked at The Castle in Cavendish, VT, then continued refining her craft at the Woodstock Inn in Woodstock, VT — a place known for high standards of hospitality and wellness. Those years shaped a practice that is both technically skilled and genuinely attentive, balancing clinical precision with the calming presence guests expect from a luxury spa experience.

What a visit looks like

We start with an intake conversation and a look at how you move. Treatment follows, at a pressure you set, with real explanation of what is being worked and why. You leave with two or three specific things to do at home — stretches, hydration, a change in how you sit — because the work between visits is what makes the progress stick.
